Go figure...Nick and I just had our best meal of London...at the Stansted airport! It was also the cheapest meal we have had. Admittedly, I did not have high expectations for the food here - I mean, really, this is the country where "mushy peas" are a menu item.
Funny, I have been trying to upload photos for 2 days, and have had the worst experience with internet here. Truly, it was easier to upload photos in Africa than in London. Everywhere we go London, there is (apparently) free WiFi via "the Cloud," however, I have had a heck of a time connecting. Nick, on the other hand, seems NOT to be having trouble, and is as regularly following online gaming tournaments. He promised he would post something on the blog tonight so that people reading this can get a bit of HIS perspective.
I asked him what he was hoping to do and see in Italy (the country he chose that he really wanted to go to), and he answered, "I dunno...to eat lots of cheap Italian food."
