I have just finished my long comprehensive post, though I'll still need to edit before posting. After I was done I go over to the hotel bar to get a Cappuccino, and what I saw was so sad...
It looks at though the woman had a pot full of old espresso she's using for drinks, she steamed the whole pot and poured some into my cup, fills a new steamer of milk and steams it much too hot, easier to make big foam I guess, and fills the cup. She then covers the thing with powdered chocolate, and has to add more foam as it's been popping and shrinking. Then she leaves! She doesn't clean her steam wand she used for milk and old espresso and the pot of espresso is just left there for the next customer, for it to get room temperature and then get resteamed?!? This is Italy damn it! What in the fuck am I getting such a bad coffee for? Burnt my tongue too... Maybe I'll just get espresso, or get coffees from the selfserve autolatte machine........... I want to go yell at someone, mostly her, maybe tonight I'll talk to one of the bartenders.
